| CVE-2022-23181 | 2 Apache, Oracle | 6 Tomcat, Agile Engineering Data Management, Communications Cloud Native Core Policy and 3 more | 2022-07-30 | 3.7 LOW | 7.0 HIGH |
| The fix for bug CVE-2020-9484 introduced a time of check, time of use vulnerability into Apache Tomcat 10.1.0-M1 to 10.1.0-M8, 10.0.0-M5 to 10.0.14, 9.0.35 to 9.0.56 and 8.5.55 to 8.5.73 that allowed a local attacker to perform actions with the privileges of the user that the Tomcat process is using. This issue is only exploitable when Tomcat is configured to persist sessions using the FileStore. | |||||
| CVE-2020-9484 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 26 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 23 more | 2022-07-25 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| When using Apache Tomcat versions 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M4, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.34, 8.5.0 to 8.5.54 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.103 if a) an attacker is able to control the contents and name of a file on the server; and b) the server is configured to use the PersistenceManager with a FileStore; and c) the PersistenceManager is configured with sessionAttributeValueClassNameFilter="null" (the default unless a SecurityManager is used) or a sufficiently lax filter to allow the attacker provided object to be deserialized; and d) the attacker knows the relative file path from the storage location used by FileStore to the file the attacker has control over; then, using a specifically crafted request, the attacker will be able to trigger remote code execution via deserialization of the file under their control. Note that all of conditions a) to d) must be true for the attack to succeed. | |||||
| CVE-2020-13935 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 18 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 15 more | 2022-05-12 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The payload length in a WebSocket frame was not correctly validated in Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M6, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.36, 8.5.0 to 8.5.56 and 7.0.27 to 7.0.104. Invalid payload lengths could trigger an infinite loop. Multiple requests with invalid payload lengths could lead to a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2021-25122 | 3 Apache, Debian, Oracle | 9 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Agile Plm and 6 more | 2022-02-07 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| When responding to new h2c connection requests, Apache Tomcat versions 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.41 and 8.5.0 to 8.5.61 could duplicate request headers and a limited amount of request body from one request to another meaning user A and user B could both see the results of user A's request. | |||||
| CVE-2021-25329 | 3 Apache, Debian, Oracle | 9 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Agile Plm and 6 more | 2022-02-07 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| The fix for CVE-2020-9484 was incomplete. When using Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.41, 8.5.0 to 8.5.61 or 7.0.0. to 7.0.107 with a configuration edge case that was highly unlikely to be used, the Tomcat instance was still vulnerable to CVE-2020-9494. Note that both the previously published prerequisites for CVE-2020-9484 and the previously published mitigations for CVE-2020-9484 also apply to this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2018-1000180 | 5 Bouncycastle, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 21 Fips Java Api, Legion-of-the-bouncy-castle-java-crytography-api, Debian Linux and 18 more | 2021-06-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| Bouncy Castle BC 1.54 - 1.59, BC-FJA 1.0.0, BC-FJA 1.0.1 and earlier have a flaw in the Low-level interface to RSA key pair generator, specifically RSA Key Pairs generated in low-level API with added certainty may have less M-R tests than expected. This appears to be fixed in versions BC 1.60 beta 4 and later, BC-FJA 1.0.2 and later. | |||||
| CVE-2019-2538 | 1 Oracle | 1 Managed File Transfer | 2020-08-24 | 5.5 MEDIUM | 7.1 HIGH |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Managed File Transfer component of Oracle Fusion Middleware (subcomponent: MFT Runtime Server). Supported versions that are affected are 19.1.0.0.0 and 12.2.1.3.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Managed File Transfer. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Managed File Transfer accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Managed File Transfer accessible data. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 7.1 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:H/A:N). | |||||
